Anyone wishing to purchase the Online Board Review Course may do so here. The recordings will be shipped in mid- to late-June, once the DVDs are produced.
TO CLAIM YOUR CME CREDIT FOR THE COURSE, please follow these steps:
1. Click "My Account" in the top right corner of the screen to login.
2. If not redirected after login, visit http://education.aaaai.org/2012bdrev.
3. Select "Take Course." If you did not do so before arriving in Chicago, review the CME information and complete the Pre-Assessment. You can then select "Certificate" to claim your CME credits.
PLEASE NOTE: Attendees should claim only the credit commensurate with their participation in the course. If you arrived late or missed some portions of the course, please deduct that time from the total credits available (29.00) when claiming your certificate. You have until December 31, 2012 to claim your credits from the course.
