Learning Objectives

Physician practices participating in Medicare and Medicaid are subjected to continual changes in quality reporting requirements. This session reviews the most up-to-date information regarding MACRA, MIPS and other regulatory requirements.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the requirements for participating in MIPS in 2017
  • Determine if your allergy practice meets the qualifications for MIPS quality reporting or if other factors, such as participation in an advanced alternative payment model, negate the need for participation
  • List three improvement activities that are eligible for MIPS credit
