The final USP Chapter 797 requirements for in-office allergen extract compounding take effect December 1, 2019. The requirements have been established to prevent contamination of compounds used for allergen immunotherapy and ensure patient safety. These four training modules provide detailed explanations and examples of the requirements to guide clinics toward achieving and maintaining compliance regarding their facility, personnel qualifications, and documentation.

Credit Claiming Period 
Credit claiming for this activity will expire at 11:59 pm on July 8, 2021. Requests to claim credit on or after July 8, 2021 will be denied.
