Burnout is becoming widespread in medicine. This recording of "Practice Transformation: Reducing Burnout and Rediscovering the Joy in Practice" from the 2017 Practice Management Workshop will define and explore the etiology of physician burnout and present system redesign strategies for prevention and treatment.
