The Northwest Allergy Forum is a CME educational meeting developed by the Washington and Oregon Societies of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Welcome to online registration for NWAF 2012.  Here you can register for the meeting, pay fees, RSVP for the Saturday reception, and sign up for CME.  You will also return here after the meeting to claim CME credit.

Physicians can earn up to 8.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Credit must be claimed by June 30, 2013. Any credit request on or after July 1, 2013 are subject to an administrative fee.
