Instructions:

  1. Check that your session has ARS available. PDF icon Does my session have ARS?If your session doesn't include ARS but you'd like to request it, email [email protected] by February 10th. Requests are not guaranteed and will be considered based on logistics.
  2. If your session is on the ARS list, submit this form by February 16, 2026. We cannot guarantee programming any ARS polling questions past that deadline.
  3. Upload the presentation to your AAAAI Faculty Corner with the polling question(s) in the desired order by February 16th, 2026. If your polling question has an answer, make sure you add a slide with the correct answer indicated.
  4. Our tech team will review your slides and set up the live ARS content.
