The following are the registration fees. Please note that the fees listed for guests at the Society Dinner are in addition to the registration fee.
On-site registration will be allowed, but there will be an additional $100 late registration fee imposed.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Counsel families of those with food allergies in a manner likely to reduce anxiety and improve quality of life
- Identify and counsel on bullying of those with food allergies
- Select appropriate tests for diagnosing food allergy
- Interpret tests for diagnosing food allergy
- Discuss emerging tests to predict severity, threshold and prognosis
- Describe the impact of genetics on patient response to asthma therapy
- Define key genes in asthma
- Review the diagnostic criteria for chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps
- Review the systemic diseases associated with nasal polyps
- Review a current treatment algorithm for sinusitis and nasal polyps including indications for surgery and the role of biologics
- Review the pathophysiology and diagnosis of sleep apnea in both children and adults
- Review current treatment of sleep apnea including CPAP alternatives

Medium and Method of Physician Participation for a Live Activity
