2024 Practice Management Workshop
The Practice Management Workshop is programmed by allergists and allergy office managers for allergists and their office staff, and focuses exclusively on the practical aspects of running your practice. Sessions are presented by a unique mix of consultants, physicians and practice managers who fight the same battles you do every day.
If you attended the 2024 workshop in Denver, you have access to all session recordings at no additional charge. An email notification will be sent once the recordings have been made available.

Credit Claiming
PLEASE NOTE: This system will only allow you to claim credit for this blended offering once. Please make sure you have watched all of the recordings you wish to view BEFORE claiming credit for the live and/or virtual content.
Credit must be claimed by June 30, 2025. Credit requests on or after July 1, 2025 will be subject to an administrative fee.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss templates to utilize throughout the allergy practice that streamline patient care and optimize clinic workflow
- Understand how to evaluate job offers and negotiate effectively
- Identify and categorize the business and practical aspects of opening a successful and lasting solo practice
- Develop and implement an effective on-boarding process for a new physician/advanced practice clinical team member
- Identify ways to improve satisfaction of patients and cope with dissatisfied patients in the allergy/immunology practice setting
- Describe the insurance designs of Medicare Part A, Medicare Part B, and Medicare Part D and how to identify patients eligible for assistance
- Describe the various facets of the due diligence process leading up to a practice merger/acquisition
- Compare new diagnostics for food allergy and immunology patients
- Describe effective methods for identifying practice opportunities and how to avoid pitfalls during the process
- Identify methods to build a strong practice culture that staff and physicians can be proud of that includes an understanding of cultural differences within the team

Pursuant to the Code of Ethics for the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) and the Standards for Commercial Support of Continuing Medical Education of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, the AAAAI requires disclosure of certain information from faculty members of educational activities designated for CME credit by the AAAAI.
