Join AAAAI for a new hands-on training program focusing on the use of IV therapies in the allergy/immunology practice. This unique one-day program will include skills training on the fundamentals of intravenous therapy and the short peripheral catheter insertion technique as well as education about the effective incorporation of infusion therapy services into the allergy/immunology practice.

With the growing awareness and number of newly identified immune deficiencies, in addition to the introduction of FDA-approved biologic agents to treat asthma, the modern allergy/immunology practice needs increased knowledge in infusion agents and their mechanisms of action, increased competence in the administration of infusion therapies, and increased confidence in communicating with patients about these treatments. Applied IV Therapy for the Allergy/Immunology Practice will help both physicians and allied health members of your practice address these growing needs.
