This recording forum proposal reviews the current state of knowledge regarding mechanisms of establishment and maintenance of tolerance and how they are broken in autoimmune diseases.  It also Idenitfies biologic therapies available for autoimmune disease and describes indications and contraindications for biologic therapies and monitoring during management.
