2021 AAAAI Leadership Institute Course
The Leadership Institute Course will be held on Friday, February 26th, from 8:00 am – 11:00 am in an online, virtual format (in conjunction with the start of the AAAAI Virtual Annual Meeting). All times listed are in Central Time.
This course, organized by the AAAAI Leadership Institute, aims to foster new leaders among the AAAAI. The agenda consists of a series of short presentations that introduce the structure and mission of the AAAAI as well as providing real-life leadership strategies such as overcoming obstacles, managing a diverse team and conflict resolution. The course also includes an interactive exercise: The PACE Color Palette, that works to identify communication styles and provides insight into effective communication strategies.
Participants will be expected to complete a short quiz prior to the course which will enable effective participation during the PACE Color Palette exercise (i.e. what will your color be?). Links to the quiz and instructions will be sent out once registration is complete.
Registration is limited. Please contact Aubrey Johnson with any questions at arjohnson@aaaai.org
