3004: When Low T Cell Receptor Excision Circles Don't Equal Severe Combined Immunodeficiency: Idiopathic T Lymphopenia and More

This seminar will discuss the interpretation of SCID newborn screening when evaluation is abnormal but not consistent with SCID. Non-SCID PIDDs detected by TRECs assay will be discussed, as well as the approach to evaluation and monitoring of infants with idiopathic T lymphopenia.

  • Develop an approach to evaluate and monitor infants with idiopathic T lymphopenia
