2012 New England Society of Allergy: Nursing Update
Live Activity Date: March 30, 2012 This live activity will offer updates in asthma, allergy and immunology to Allied Health professionals,nurses, medical assistants, allergist and primary care physicians.
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
Become familiar with the current consensus guidelines for diagnosis of EoE.
Be able to explain the definition of clinical manifestations and grade the severity of Anaphylaxis.
Understanding and recognizing the indications of Methacholine vs. Mannitol inhalation challenges.
Determine the effectivenessof lack of avoidance measures
Be able to describe a Media fill Test, and the use of aseptic technique
Have a systematic approach for the evaluationof patients with difficult to control Asthma
