
Patient Safety CCP Part IV Follow-Up
This CCP Part IV opportunity will be available 30 days after the completion of Ensuring Patient Safety in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology course.
The ABAI has designated this program as fulfilling the CCP Part II - Lifelong Learning and Self-Assessment Patient Safety Requirement.
Diplomates must complete a Patient Safety module once every 10 years to maintain their Continuous Certification status.
After completing the Ensuring Patient Safety in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology course, physicians have the option to observe a 30-day waiting period and then return to complete a self-assessment and earn CCP Part IV: Quality Improvement credit.
In order to earn CCP Part IV credits, the physician must:
1. Complete all requirements of the Ensuring Patient Safety in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology course
2. Wait 30 days
3. Complete the follow-up assessment (a link to access will be emailed 30 days after completion of the Ensuring Patient Safety in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology course)
AAAAI will report CCP credit to the ABAI on a quarterly basis.
Credit claiming will be open until February 22, 2028. Credit requests on or after February 23, 2028 will be subject to an administrative fee.

- 1.50 CECE credit.
- 1.50 CMECME credit.
