The Aspen Allergy Conference is held in Aspen, Colorado at the Hotel Jerome. The Conference is structured to host three state-of-the-art speakers from around the United states and abroad each day. Featured activities include oral abstracts, an abstract poster session, a Botany Walk and a unique "Meet the Professor" breakfast that allows attendees to discuss specific cases and ask clinical questions of a state-of-the-art speaker.

Target Audience

The Aspen Allergy Conference's primary target audience is Asthma, Allergy and Immunology practicing physicians, fellows-in-training and nurse practitioners.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the Aspen Allergy Conference, attendees should be able to

1. Demonstrate knowledge and describe novel scientific breakthroughs related to both translational and clinical topics in allergic and immunologic diseases in an educational setting that will stimulate active debate and discussion among the participants and speakers.

2. Analyze and evaluate practice experiences and implement strategies to continually improve the quality of patient care related to allergic and immunologic diseases specifically related to asthma, exercise-induced respiratory disorders, and basic immune mechanisms in allergy, asthma and immunodeficiency.

3. Value and extend the discussion of relevant allergy and immunology topics with application to both clinicians and basic scientists to help them evaluate new and novel therapies and distinguish between effective and ineffective therapies to manage these conditions.
