Having discovered the importance of dust mite allergy in asthma and the unusual Galactose-alpha-1,3-Galactose (alpha-gal) allergen in drug and food allergies, the preeminent allergist/immunologist researcher, Dr. Thomas Platts-Mills, will synthesize the significance of different routes of foreign antigen exposure on immunological and clinical outcomes.
