3706: Allied Health: Maybe It's More than Asthma

Utilizing case studies, participants will explore the differential diagnosis of chronic cough, wheeze, and/or shortness of breath in children including: dysphagia, cystic fibrosis, bronchiectasis, protracted bacterial bronchitis, vocal cord dysfunction, and habit cough.

Credit claiming for this activity will be available through December 31, 2021. Requests to claim credit on or after January 1, 2022 will be subject to an administrative fee.

Learning Objectives

  • Recognize that asthma can co-exist with other medical conditions that cause cough, wheeze and/or shortness of breath
