The Clinical Immunology Society and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology will be holding for the first time a Diagnostic School for individuals interested in learning about diagnostic techniques and approaches for Primary Immunodeficiencies and Immune Dysregulatory Diseases.

This program is aimed at anyone who is interested in understanding how to effectively and appropriately harness diagnostic tools currently available in order to provide the best benefit to their patients. The 3 day program will provide an intense visual, hands-on, and didactic experience in diagnostic and clinical immunology, allowing the opportunity to learn from leaders in the field.  Participants will spend time in case-based teaching sessions and also learn to analyze flow cytometric and genetic data in a computer classroom setting.

There are no restrictions on training level, experience or location to apply. We are seeking applicants from the following categories, and preference will be given to those who will actively use the knowledge gained in this workshop, and also disseminate this information as relevant:

1. Fellows-in-training*
2. Junior Physicians* and/or scientists (within 3 years of fellowship)
3. Physicians* and scientists from geographically or otherwise under-served or under-developed areas
4. Mid-Career Physicians* and/or scientists (within 5-8 years of fellowship),
   
   *Scientists and physicians whose research or clinical practice encompasses immune disorders (primary immunodeficiencies and immune dysregulatory diseases). Clinical subspecialties may include Immunology, Hematology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, GI, Pulmonology, Pathology, among others.

Registration, meals and housing for the workshop will be covered for all selected attendees. Participants will be expected to pay for travel to Cincinnati, though a few travel scholarships may be available.
