Log in using either your username and password, or the username and password of the physician who will be making the payment. 

Select the option(s) you will be paying for, below, and click 'Add to Cart.' While in the cart, click in the Qty box and change to the number of people for whom you are paying.  Once all attendees are accounted for, Click 'Checkout' and proceed with checkout as usual. 

Please note:

  • If paying by credit card, you will be paying into the AAAAI Continuing Education Center's PayPal account, so leave PayPal selected as the payment option.
  • In the Order Comments box on the Checkout page, please enter the names of ALL individuals for whom you are paying, and include their order numbers if possible.
  • If paying by check, please select the check option. When payment is sent, please be sure to include the names and order numbers of ALL individuals for whom you are paying, either on the check itself or on a separate attachment.
  • When you are taken to the login screen for PayPal, select the option to 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' (gray button under the bright blue 'Log In' button).
