This symposium will highlight multiple pathways by which LTC4, LTD4 and LTE4 promote type 2 immunopathology.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Recognize that each cysteinyl leukotriene has a distinct receptor preference and cell target
  • Recognize the role of cysLTs as polyclonal activators of T cells and innate lymphoid cells Identify the epithelial targets of the cysLTs and their role in type 2 immunity
