1. Log into your AAAAI account by clicking "Log in" in the top right corner of this page.

   2. When you are logged in you will be redirected to this page.
2. Complete the form, below.
3. Click 'Add to cart'
4. Click 'Check out'
5. Enter your information and select payment type.
6. Review and submit your order.
7. Complete the payment step (via PayPal, credit card, or check).
   1. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been processed.
   2. If you are paying by check, your renewal request will not be acted on until your payment has been processed in our office.
