17th Annual New Orleans Aeroallergen Course
The Ochsner Center for Primary Care and Wellness will host their 2019 aeroallergen course from May 30 to June 2, 2019. Participants will review the classes of aeroallergens, their biology, and practice skills for capturing and counting aeroallergens. 25th Annual Asthma, Allery & Immunology Update
Sponsored by Albany Medical College, this annual even covers a variety of topics in Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. This year's conference will focus on the allergic and immunologic diseases of the lungs in both adults and children. The main topics will be Asthma, COPD, Sarcoidosis, Fungus, and Eosinophil-induced respiratory illnesses, with emphasis on the current understanding of the pathogenesis of these disorders and their corresponding, evidence-based management.
Fifteenth Annual Respiratory Disease Young Investigator's Forum
National Jewish Health will host this mentorship and advancement opportunity on October 10-13, 2019 in Chicago. The Forum is designed for pediatric, pulmonary, and allergy/immunology fellows and early career physician scientists. The course is accredited to offer AMA PRA Category 1 CME CreditsTM for physicians and is supported by an educational grant from AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals LP. American Lung Association Asthma Educator Institute
The American Lung Association Asthma Educator Institute is a two-day preparatory course for those qualified to take the National Asthma Educator Certification Board (NAECB) examination. Developed in January 2003, the Asthma Educator Institute was recently updated to reflect the National Asthma Education and Prevention Program Expert Panel Report 3: Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Asthma.
