2016 VAM: 1505 - FPIES: What We Know, What We Don't Know and What We Still Need to Know

This session will provide practical tips on the weaning infants with FPIES and discuss the questions that we have not answered yet in terms of possible mechanisms involved, foods involved and the natural history of FPIES.

This workshop explores what we know, do not know and still need to know about food protein induced entercolitis syndromes. It will explore the diagnosis of FPIES, presentations, medical management and dietary management.
