2025 AAAAI Leadership Institute Course
The Leadership Institute Course will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025 from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
The 2025 Leadership Institute Course offers allergy/immunology physicians a comprehensive program designed to enhance leadership skills and professional development. Participants will gain expertise in negotiation and leading through change, explore avenues for getting involved in the AAAAI and its journals, learn effective ways to mentor and be mentored, and acquire valuable insights from a career development panel.
Registration is limited.
Target Audience
- A/I Physicians
- AAAAI members and Fellows who currently hold a AAAAI leadership position (e.g. Assembly, Committee and Interest Section Chairs, Vice Chairs, or Secretaries)
- General committee members who are interested in moving to the next level of leadership in the AAAAI.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Navigate involvement in the AAAAI through committees, journals, and other leadership opportunities
- Explore different ways to successfully mentor and be mentored
- Negotiate and lead their groups or organizations through change
- Incorporate feedback-driven leadership in their roles
- Choose different career paths in A/I
