Design:  Screening all allergy patients for a list of current medications to identify patients on Beta Blockers. Once identified they were told not to take Beta blockers on the day of the allergy injections and they were explained the safety reason. Compliance in the allergy patients and satisfaction monitored.

Main Finding:  It was a smooth transition to all patients cooperating on not taking the medication on the shot day and the clinic flow was not disrupted.

Impact on Practice:  Happy patient and happy physician.
