2004: Janus Kinase Inhibitors (JAKs) and Jakinibs: From Bench to Bedside

This seminar will cover several topics, including: and overview of JAK-STAT signaling pathways, including their roles in cells that drive allergic inflammation; a description of current and prospective use of JAK kinase inhibitors (Jakinibs) in allergic diseases; and examples of how the use of the latest technologies (single-cell RNA-seq) can facilitate the choice of Jakininbs as a treatment in an immune system-mediated disease.
